    Such a beautiful city, Rochester is truly a hidden gem. I’ve lived all over the country and I still have yet to find anywhere that offers the quality of life and peaceful pace of life for the low cost of living that Rochester does. I dream of moving back often. I truly believe if New York voted out the Dems, WNY would be on fire with companies and families flocking there. The state government really holds it back.

    Vacationed here every summer as a kid. Less as an adult. Now retired and we spend summers on the NY side. Have considered buying a river front vacation home but NY property taxes are beyond ridiculous. We can rent for four months for less than the annual taxes. And they wonder why the NY villages are losing residents in droves.😢

    Rochester It's a great city with allot of beautiful spots and places and with allot of great attractions but unfortunately the authorities like always not doing their job have failed to control the crime rate and the gangs who are selling allot of drugs and also carrying illegal guns into the city like always destroying all mayor cities in our beautiful country and there are way to many gun shots and violent crimes.

      I’ve heard that they’re quite different. What was your experience like at Elephant Bush Camp?

    • @Goldfinger555
      @Goldfinger555 Місяць тому

      Much newer camp but looks quite similar with the tents and the main dining hall. But it has a wonderful infinity pool to relax in the evening overlooking the river basin with the sunsets. Has a nice Karen village attached to participate in much more local cooking experiences. But it was very hot in February and much drier which was a challenge. I think this camp also has a lot more elephant interaction with much smaller group. We only had 8 people each day. We do want to experience the Hills camp lakes and water adventures

    • @Goldfinger555
      @Goldfinger555 Місяць тому

      My question back to you is whether you would recommend the 3 day or 4 day jungle and lake safari tour? Looks like the 4 day skips the cave but you have more time on the water. I definitely recommend the longer 3 day tour at the Bush camp. Thanks.

    • @WanderingWagars
